I have purchased 2 properties using Kim and Charles turn Key System during the 2nd half of 2005 and am buying on more in the beginning of 2006.  So far I have been able to take out nearly $40,000 tax-free from the refinancing. Having the refinanced money sitting in my bank account have taken potential pressure off for any repairs down the road or vacancies that might come up.  Even with the money I have taken out, I still have $15,000 in equity in one property and $30,000 in a second property.  I anticipate the 3rd property will also have $30,000 in equity after refinancing.

 I bought 2 homes using the Ultimate Turn Key System in 2005 and held them both.  I pulled out about $12K on each.  Both properties still have 25% equity in them.  One is rented on a lease purchase at a purchase price about 10% higher than the estimated ARV before we started and the other property would be rented but my partner and I have decided to house a family from New Orleans in it rent free for a year.In '04 I purchased 1 property from Visionary and still have it.  I pulled out about $12K on it also and it still has 25% equity left in it and it rents with very nice cash flow.
